My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The room was absolutely huge and gorgeous with a whole wall of windows, very clean, and well-equipped, although a bit dated. The service was amazing, and the staff provided us with excellent information about tourist spots and fantastic dining recommendations. The location was very convenient, especially being right next to the Plaza de Castilla metro station and bus terminal. However, the dining experience was almost ok, with the exception of the scrambled eggs, which were the worst I have seen in years.
